Artificial turf is a new type of outdoor sports material that is suitable for primary and secondary school football fields, basketball courts, running tracks, rugby fields, gateball fields, kindergarten outdoor sports fields, landscape greening, private home roofs, and other fields. Although it brings many conveniences to our lives, it also presents some common industry problems, such as static electricity generation. So, how can we avoid it generating static electricity?

1. When purchasing, it is crucial to choose artificial turf from well-known companies with anti-static qualification certificates. Some manufacturers on the market, in order to reduce costs and lack core technical performance, do not have anti-static lawns, which can cause safety hazards. It is important for the product to have various professional safety and environmental protection testing reports and qualification certificates. If your site requires it, it is necessary to mention anti-static lawns when choosing lawns. Lawn factories are required to add anti-static agents to the raw materials, because unless there are special requirements, general turf manufacturers will not add this anti-static agent during production. It is necessary to choose artificial lawns with anti-static qualifications.

2. We can spray and sun dry the grass before use to keep the surface of the lawn grass moist, as static electricity can easily cause friction and generate static electricity in dry and agitated gases. Therefore, maintaining the moisture of the grass can reduce static electricity.

3. You can also spray anti-static agents, which is mainly used for lawns without anti-static agents. After hooking, use a spray gun to evenly spray them on the lawn, which has a safe and static protection effect.

When using artificial turf, we can avoid the generation of static electricity through the above methods. After stepping on the turf, we can also take a key or other metal material object and touch the guardrail, wall and other objects on the side to release static electricity. In addition, the static electricity will gradually disappear and the electrolyte will weaken after each rain and a period of paving on the turf.
