What are the quality standards for artificial turf?

There are two quality standards for artificial turf, namely turf quality standard and laying site quality standard. Product standards include quality standards and physical testing standards for artificial grass fibers; The site quality standards include site leveling, tilting, and site size control standards. The specific standard contents are as follows:

1. Lawn quality standards:

Artificial grass fibers are made of PP or PE materials, and are strictly inspected by inspection agencies. Artificial turf production enterprises should have SGS Level 2 fire certification, toxic and harmful substance certification, anti-corrosion and wear-resistant certification, etc; At the same time, the back glue used at the bottom of the grass also affects the quality of the grass, and the back glue should have environmental and safety certification.

2. Physical project inspection standards:

That is tensile strength, anti-aging test, lawn color and other lawn inspection standards. The elongation at break of artificial grass fibers shall not be less than 15% in the longitudinal direction and not less than 8% in the transverse direction; The tear strength of the lawn shall not be less than 30KN/m in the longitudinal direction and 25KN/m in the transverse direction.

3. Quality inspection standards for site laying:

The flatness of the artificial turf field should be controlled within 10mm, and a 3m small line should be used for measurement to avoid significant errors; When laying the lawn, ensure that the slope of the site is controlled within 1% and measure it with a level; Slope control to ensure smooth drainage of the lawn. At the same time, the length and width error of the lawn should be controlled within 10mm, measured with a ruler to minimize the error.

Only by mastering the parameters of the laying site can artificial turf products be combined and the turf product indicators effectively meet the standards. If the site laying requirements are not up to standard, the ideal use value of the lawn cannot be reflected. Therefore, the high-quality standards for lawns need to combine product quality with site standards.
