1. To do a good job, one must first sharpen their tools. Of course, professional tools are necessary for construction. Long ruler, wallpaper knife, artificial turf adhesive, brush, rubber hammer, keel frame, electric drill, nails, etc.
2. Before connecting the two lawns, the foundation must be clean and tidy, otherwise there may be poor adhesion. Another thing is that it needs to be dried, otherwise the glue cannot stick together. Before using artificial turf construction technology, it is necessary to choose an environment temperature above 5 ℃ for construction, spread the lawn for 24 hours, and fully release the tension of the lawn, so that it will look more stretched.
3. The keel frame should be fixed on the wall first. Place the dragon skeleton tightly against the wall and use a paintbrush to draw small circles where nails are needed. Use an electric drill to drill holes and nail the small circles to firmly fix the dragon skeleton to the wall.
4. The size of artificial turf should be cut according to the height of the wall. Use nails to nail onto the keel frame and apply glue to the corners and edges of the lawn to avoid cracking. During the glue brushing process, the drying time should be controlled. Usually, within 10-30 minutes after applying glue, the glue should be 80-90% dry and not stick to the touch. The stickiness and attention to detail of the lawn are a one-time success, do not rework back and forth.
5. Curing period and testing period. The fixed line time for artificial turf is usually three days, and the final strength inspection is usually ten days. During the construction solidification period, attention should be paid to protection to avoid water immersion and movement. If these situations occur, the rework work will be very troublesome.
