(1) Construction preparation
a. Firstly, the acceptance of the lawn foundation should be carried out to ensure that the foundation is dry, smooth, and flat, and the slope meets the drainage requirements.
b. The artificial turf is made of 50mm high-altitude PE polyethylene material and is developed and produced as a specialized artificial turf for football fields. Before construction and laying, conduct another inspection and confirmation of the lawn entering the site, and refer to its relevant instructions.
c. According to the construction drawings of the artificial turf and the relevant regulations of the football field, as well as the requirements of Party A, determine the position of each artificial turf and set out the line samples.
d. Prefabrication of site marking lines
According to the construction drawings, mark the distribution map of all areas that need to be divided and marked (including goal area, corner kick area, penalty area, and boundary line) with double lines on the surface of the buffer pad.
(2) Lawn paving
a. After the above work is completed, according to the numbering order in the construction drawings, place them in sequence from the centerline of the site to the left and right sides (note: the opening direction of the grass roll must be in the same direction to avoid visual color difference).
b. After opening the grass roll, cut off the excess grass free parts on both sides of the width of the grass roll, ensuring that the width is not less than 4 meters, while ensuring the straightness of the cutting. Place the second and third volumes in the designated positions and unfold them one by one. Cut the excess grass free part of the base cloth, and connect the two volumes. The distance between the connections should not be greater than the distance between the lawn rows.
(3) Lawn Link
a. Prepare a 20cm wide seam tape, glue, plastic bucket, paint brush, and scraper board. Fold the trimmed and docked grass roll upwards by 20-30cm, and place the 20cm seam tape on the middle foundation of the two grass rolls (ensuring 10cm on each side). Then (1) apply glue on the 20cm seam belt and use a scraper to evenly level it. (2) fold the 20cm bottom cloth on the lawn and use a paintbrush to evenly apply glue along the edge of the bottom cloth within a range of 10cm-15cm (note: do not brush the glue on the grass cat). When the glue does not touch your hands after natural drying, bond the lawn to the seam belt (note: do not press the grass seedlings on the seam belt). After bonding, manually step on and press with a glue hammer to ensure firm and sufficient bonding.
b. The installation of the marking line involves cutting the white grass to the specified width according to the drawing requirements, applying glue and placing it in the designated marking line. A 30cm wide joint tape is used for bonding, and the construction process is basically the same as above. After the paving is completed, it is necessary to check whether each joint area is firmly bonded, and to check whether the intersection angles and lines of each line are straight and accurate.
(4) Fill with quartz sand and colloidal particles
a. After the installation of the artificial turf is completed, fill quartz sand and rubber particles in proportion according to the grass height (note: first fill and comb the quartz sand, then fill and comb the rubber particles).
b. After filling quartz sand and rubber particles with specialized tools, it is necessary to check whether they are flat and sufficient. Insufficient areas should be filled appropriately to ensure that the grass seedlings are exposed by 1cm-2.0cm.
c. Any other impurities found during filling must be removed immediately to ensure construction quality. During filling, the quartz sand particles and the site should be kept dry to facilitate the flow and uniform filling of the quartz sand particles.
d. When filling with quartz sand and rubber particles, it is necessary to ensure that the quartz sand and rubber particles fall fully and densely, and then comb the artificial grass neatly.
(5) Site cleaning
After the construction is completed, excess materials and garbage on the site should be promptly removed, the site should be cleaned up, and the site should be kept clean and tidy.
